Welcome! I'm glad you found this site. I am fascinated by the history of Martha's Vineyard, partially because I live here and also because it has a very diverse and colorful history with whaling, shipwrecks, religious campmeetings, Indians, and much "summer resorting". I'm hoping to collect and share information about the Vineyard and inspire more interest in it's history.
